Authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee of as much as 50% of the original purchase price. In addition, the customer is expected to pay the freight and insurance to have the product shipped back to Climate Seal. Returns must be in the original packaging, in new condition and shipped freight prepaid and returned within 90 days of original ship date to receive credit.

The customer will be emailed instructions for returning product, including a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). The RMA# should be clearly written on the box just under the ship-to address. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Form.
