This historic commercial building built in 1867 is designated as a hotel, but operated similarly to an airbnb. You can rent the space for a night, weekend, week, or several months at a time. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 28, 1973.
Two floors of the building have now been completed. The latest part of the project included (31) total windows of which (16) were 33″W x 103″H arched single-hung windows that required a horizontal break.
The general contractor, architect, and client are all very pleased with the finished look and performance of the Climate Seal Preservation Series windows. This project was over (4) years in the making from the initial idea back in 2016 and was a huge success!
